Commuters #1

I have started a little project about commuters. I have decided to photograph the train as there is much less security than in the tube for instance, so I can basically stand in a platform for as long as I want and nobody bothers me. The other reason (and more significant) I’ve choosen the train is because of the light. For now I am photographing from the platform and through the windows. I do it when the train stops but also when it  is in movement. I like doing it when it is in movement because I photograph randomly, without choosing my subjects. As the train approaches I follow it with my camera and if there is somebody sitting by the window my camera catches it. It is a very physical way of photographing and I like the results. For now the point of view is very repetitive, I’m just starting:
